Shipping Options


As a default, all items are defaulted to ship through UPS. Select items are available to be ship via USPS as an alternative if desired. Normally we offer free shipping.Large items requiring special freight or handling are delivered though a freight carrier specializing in transporting the product type ordered.

*Please note that UPS does not deliver to P.O. boxes.*


Shipment Guarantees


WDS Milwaukee will be happy to provide a replacement to either lost or damaged shipments that are shipped with UPS. In order to provide a replacement, please contact us to begin the claims process. This can take up to 10 business days to resolve. All goods leaving our warehouses are in new condition and inspected for quality assurance.

If you are asked to sign for something that shows signs of damage, please make notes with the driver / Delivery Person or refuse the package.

USPS only offers delivery confirmation as opposed to UPS who offers full shipment progress tracking. USPS shipments do not carry any insurance for lost or damaged goods.

*Therefore we highly recommend selecting UPS as your shipping method.*

When Will My Order Ship?

We at WDS Milwaukee will make every effort to ship all orders in a timely fashion.

Orders will ship within the same business day to 3 business days from the date the order was placed. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays will be shipped on the following business day.and standard shipping can take from 3-10 days.

Occasionally the item ordered maybe out of stock or delayed. In this case, we will work with you to either set a new ship date or select an alternative item that meets your requirements.
